I'm constantly looking for cool Arduino projects on YouTube and at robotics forums.  These videos are fun to watch and can provide ideas and inspiration for your own projects.  I'll post my favorite electronic project videos here.  Most of them will be Arduino, but some may be based on other platforms.  Drop me a line if you know of a video that should be highlighted here.
